Vendor Onboarding

Complete every required step below for Buy Black Mecca Fest. This portal is for vendors who have already been approved to move forward.

Important

This is the onboarding portal for all approved vendors. Steps 1–4 must be fully read and completed.

You have 24 hours from the time of approval to complete all required onboarding steps. Payment alone does not complete your vendor booking.

If Steps 1–4 are not completed within 24 hours, your vendor approval will be withdrawn, your payment will be refunded at the 25th hour, and your space will be released to another approved vendor.

The event flyer you are required to share can be downloaded from the official Buy Black Mecca Fest website.

Complete vendor registration formRequired for vendor records, approved category tracking, final acknowledgement, and event-day placement.

Upload your business logoRequired for the event website Vendor Spotlight page. Logo only — no flyers or screenshots.

Read vendor rulesReview arrival, parking, setup, conduct, and breakdown instructions before event day.
Text Payment ReceiptAfter payment is sent, text your receipt screenshot for review. Complete Vendor Registration FormRequired form for records, placement, approved category tracking, and final acknowledgement. Upload Business LogoRequired for the event website Vendor Spotlight page. Booking is not complete until all steps are done.

Steps 1–4 must be completed within 24 hours from the time of approval. Payment alone does not complete your vendor booking. If required steps are not completed, approval may be withdrawn and the space may be released to another approved vendor.
